Fuel Proof Photography Competition 2021 – Win 12 months’ free diesel tank filters!

Competition time!

We’re looking for the very best photograph of any Fuel Proof fuel tank, set in any location. There’s no limit to the number of times you can enter this competition, so feel free to send us as many different photos as you like!

We'd love to know your story too. So the more you can tell us in your email entry about yourself, your work, and why you chose a Fuel Proof fuel tank, the better!

Send us as many photos as you like of your Fuel Proof fuel storage product(s), in whichever setting you prefer. Our competition runs until 1st September 2021, when all entries will be voted on by the Fuel Proof office team.

One lucky winner gets a whole 12 months’ supply of free diesel tank filters, which normally retail for up to £80 each!

Anyone is welcome to enter the competition, except those directly involved with the competition and judging its entries. Each entry must be an original photograph, and include a Fuel Proof fuel storage product.

Closing date

The closing date for submissions is 1st September 2021. All submissions received after this closing date will not be eligible for entry into the competition.

Prize

The winning entrant will receive 12 months’ supply of diesel fuel tank filters free of charge, for one Fuel Proof diesel fuel storage product, courtesy of Fuel Proof Ltd, up to a reasonable maximum of 6 diesel fuel tank filters. This 12-month period will be agreed upon in writing between Fuel Proof and the winning entrant, commencing from the date on which the winning entrant requests their first free fuel tank filter.

Judging and notification of competition winner

After the competition closes, each photo entry will be judged by the Fuel Proof office team, and the winner will be selected by a count of votes. Please note that we cannot accept any attempt by participants to influence the result of the competition, and this may even lead to disqualification.

The winning photograph will be announced on 10th September via our email subscription and across our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram), and the winning photographer will be notified by email.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the Fuel Proof Photography Competition 2021. The competition organiser is Fuel Proof Ltd. By accepting the terms and conditions of the competition and submitting your images, you have entered into an agreement with Fuel Proof Ltd.

By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions, and agree to comply with them. The organiser reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.

Rights and ownership

By submitting entry photographs to Fuel Proof Ltd, participants agree to grant Fuel Proof Ltd the right, free of charge, to use this photo in any manner and media, including the right to publish, adapt, copy, display, distribute or otherwise publicly share the photograph, digitally or in print, even if this photograph is not a winning entry.

Fuel Proof Ltd agrees to mention the full name and/or business, brand or organisation of the winning entrant upon the close of the competition via its subscription email and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram). If however you would prefer to remain anonymous, please include this as a note in your submission email.

General

In the unlikely event, Fuel Proof Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition or its arrangements at any time, and for any reason if necessary.

The personal information given to Fuel Proof Ltd by competition entrants will only be used for the purposes of this competition. All entrants may access, alter, correct or cancel their personal data provided to Fuel Proof Ltd for the purposes of this competition by sending their request via email to [email protected].

The Fuel Proof name and its associated logos are the property of Fuel Proof Ltd, and should not be used without the prior consent of Fuel Proof Ltd, with the exception of the Fuel Proof logo appearing on Fuel Proof products to be photographed. Fuel Proof must approve any official statement or similar communication relating to entrants’ participation in the competition.
