What a pleasure it was dealing with Neil, the service engineer... I had to leave part way through the service and even this wasn’t a problem. All in all, I am very happy with the service provided from booking-in to the work being completed and the safety certificate being sent through.

"We’re mobilising a very busy site here with many deliveries and heavy lifts involving a 150 ton crane; generators, cabins, heavy drilling equipment, HDPE pipe etc. and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Alan Dinsdale who arrived on time, fully prepared to offload the bowser with hard copies of all the required paperwork, certs, RAMS (matching the ones you emailed to me in advance!) and correct PPE. This meant we were able to get him offloaded and turned around safely and in good time. If only every driver was able to display the same level of professionalism my life would be a lot easier!"
