Key Features
- Horizontal double skinned integrally bunded construction comprising of:
Grade 304 stainless steel inner tank with bolted manway access.
Heavy duty mild steel outer bund. 110% tank capacity - Strong steel base with integral fork lift pockets; 40mm fall to sump low point
- Built in accordance with CAA guidelines for aircraft re-fuelling equipment
- 2 point lifting eyes suitable for lifting and moving empty tank
- Fill point & pump cabinet with anodised aluminium roller shutter door or heavy hinging steel door
- Fill point – 2” BSP stainless steel with Self Climat OPD Overfill Valve DN50 type NT- Jet A1 / Avgas
- Suction line dip tube for fuel delivery – 1½” grade 304 stainless
- Unitop hydrostatic tank level contents gauge
- 1” stainless steel sump draw line, with sump pump in cabinet for fuel sampling
- Sample draw off point, inspection glass
- Shot blasted to SA 2.5 and painted in 2-pack polyurethane finish (standard colour White)
- Suitable for use with Avgas and Jet A-1
Standard Specification
- Pumptronics Series C Mechanical fuel dispensing unit with stainless steel body and hand re-set mechanical flow meter. 80 to 90 litre/min flow rate*, ATEX Exd IIB T4 230V 50Hz motor. Not approved by UK Weights and Measures. Stainless steel pump internals with full air separation. Approved to EN13617 (Atex)
- Facet VF-22SB filter vessel tested to EI/API 1581 (5th edition). Differential pressure gauge & water drain
- FG-0-612-2 filter cartridge to EI/API 1583 (4th edition) (particle & water blocking, 0.5 micron)
- Spring retractable hose reel, with 20m x 1” Elaflex hose to EN 1361:1997
- ZVF25 manual trigger with integral filter, complete with earth lead and dust cap.
- 20m retractable earth bonding reel
- Fire extinguisher
