By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Promoter
The Promoter is Fuel Proof Ltd, registered office Middleton Business Park, Middleton Road, Heysham LA3 3FH. Company Registration Number 3991145.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to business entities only (e.g., sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) operating within the forestry, arboriculture, agricultural, or allied trade industries.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and based in the UK Mainland. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the draw are excluded from entering.
3. How to Enter
Entry is free and requires no purchase. The promotional entry period opens at 12pm on 8 September 2026 and will close as soon as 300 total valid entries have been received.
Condition of Entry: To enter the prize draw, entrants must subscribe to the Fuel Proof marketing list by submitting a completed entry form either online at fuelproof.co.uk/apf or in person at the Fuel Proof stand during the APF Forestry Show 2026. Entrants must supply a valid business name, contact name, business email address and telephone number.
By submitting your email address on the entry form, you explicitly consent to joining the Fuel Proof mailing list. Only one entry per individual is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Unsubscribing from the mailing list prior to the draw date will void the entry.
4. The Prize
The prize is one (1) Fuel Proof 220 Litre Diesel Carrytank. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if necessary. Delivery of the prize to a single UK Mainland business address is included free of charge.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
The random draw will take place within 24 hours of the 300th entry being received. The winner will be notified by telephone or email using the contact details provided at entry.
If 300 entries are reached during the APF Forestry Show (24-26 September 2026) then the winner will be contacted immediately. If attending the event, they will be invited to the Fuel Proof stand for a prize photo opportunity. The winner must claim the prize within 2 hours of contact, or an alternative winner will be drawn.
If 300 entries are reached outside the show dates then the winner will have 7 days from notification to claim their prize before an alternative winner is chosen.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the prize.
6. Publicity & Social Media
By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity requested by the Promoter. This includes taking part in a promotional photograph at the Fuel Proof APF 2026 stand (if present at the show) and allowing the Promoter to use their name, business name, and photograph across official websites, marketing materials and social media channels (including tagging the APF Show).
7. Data Protection & Marketing
Personal data provided upon entry will be held and processed securely by Fuel Proof Ltd in accordance with current UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and our Privacy Policy available at fuelproof.co.uk/privacy-policy.
By submitting your details you consent to receiving marketing communications, industry updates and product offers from Fuel Proof Ltd.
8. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control. Fuel Proof Ltd’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
