By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Fuel Proof Ltd, registered office Middleton Business Park, Middleton Road, Heysham LA3 3FH. Company Registration Number 3991145.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to business entities only (e.g., sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) operating within the construction, civil engineering, agricultural, or allied industries. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and based in the UK Mainland.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the draw are excluded from entering.
3. How to Enter
Entry is free and requires no financial purchase.
Condition of Entry: To enter the prize draw, entrants must subscribe to the Fuel Proof marketing and industry updates mailing list by fully completing the digital or physical entry form provided at Cereals 2026, or online at fuelproof.co.uk/cereals between midday on 1 June 2026 and midnight on 30 June 2026, including providing a valid business email address.
By submitting your business email address on the entry form, you explicitly consent to joining the Fuel Proof mailing list.
Only one entry per business entity is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Unsubscribing from the mailing list prior to the draw date will void the entry.
4. The Prize
The prize is a free three-month (12-week) hire of one of our standard 8,000 litre diesel with 1,000 litre AdBlue capacity site tow bowsers fitted with petrol engined pump, flow meter, hose reel, high flow auto trigger nozzle, high flow particle filter, battery, electric AdBlue pump, AdBlue hose, AdBlue auto trigger nozzle and level gauge.
The prize strictly covers the hire cost of the plant equipment only.
Fuel and AdBlue: The bowser will be supplied empty. All fuel and AdBlue consumed during the hire period are the sole financial responsibility of the winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5. Delivery, Insurance & Usage (The Plant Hire Agreement)
Standard Hire Terms: The standard Terms & Conditions of Fuel Proof Ltd apply to the duration of the hire.
Insurance: Prior to delivery, the winner must provide proof of valid Hired-In Plant Insurance covering the full replacement value of the bowser. Delivery will not occur until satisfactory proof of insurance is provided.
Transport: The Promoter will provide free delivery and collection to a single site location in the UK mainland.
Off-Hired Condition: The bowser must be returned to the Promoter in a clean, undamaged condition, emptied of any residual waste, and fit for immediate re-hire. The winner is liable for any damage, structural alterations or cleaning fees incurred during the hire period.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 5 working days of the closing date.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide proof of insurance, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
7. Data Protection & Marketing Consent
By entering this promotion, you acknowledge that the prize draw is an incentivised sign-up for the Fuel Proof marketing mailing list.
Fuel Proof will hold and process your personal data securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy at fuelproof.co.uk/privacy-policy and current UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 legislation.
Entrants will receive regular marketing updates, product news and offers from Fuel Proof. You retain the right to unsubscribe at any time after the winner has been drawn via the “unsubscribe” link included in all our digital communications.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
