In recent years Fuel Proof Ltd has gained a large amount of experience and expertise in the design, manufacture and installation of vehicle mounted bunded fuel tanks .
Our refuelling vehicle projects range from a 3.5 tonne pickup up to a 25 tonne dumper truck, with tank capacities from 1000 litres up to 12000 litres.
Fuel Proof was one of the first manufacturers to build fully bunded ADR compliant road tankers on to HGV's. Our experience in mounting bunded fuel tanks onto 4x4 HGV chassis' cabs is second to none.

For ADR tankers, Fuel Proof Ltd carry out the whole project from start to finish, including:
 Tank design
Tank approval
Weld procedure approval
Welder coding
Non-destructive testing of welds
Initial tank inspection by an approved body
Secondary inspection and testing, final inspection of complete build
All materials and fittings are certified, with total material traceability. On completion the vehicle/tank I.D. plate is stamped and certification is issued by an approved body.
We use high quality materials and fittings throughout and offer a wide range of fuel dispensing equipment including electric, engine-driven and hydraulic-driven pumps, flow meters, nozzles and hose reels.
