A 1.1 What types of fuel are these products suitable for storing?
Our range of aviation fuel storage equipment is suitable for the storage of Avgas and Jet A-1. (click here for information on our range of diesel storage equipment).
A 1.2 Can the tanks/bowsers be lifted when full of fuel?
Tanks and bowsers up to 3000 litres in capacity can be lifted using the lifting eyes, even when full of fuel.
Tanks over 3000 litres in capacity can only be lifted when empty.
A 1.3 Is any maintenance required on the tanks/bowsers?
Yes. Periodically the fuel filter element on the fuel filter should be removed and exchanged with a new one. Fuel delivery hose and fittings should be checked weekly for leaks, and the bund area should be kept clean at all times.
Running gear on bowsers such as wheels, axles and brakes should also be checked weekly.

A 1.4 Are these products covered by warranty?
Yes. The structure of the tanks is covered by a 12 month warranty.
